Who do you work with? 

We work with students, parents/carers, and educators across primary and secondary schools. 

Do you work with other groups? 

Yes, we also work with foster and kinship carers, sporting organizations, and local councils. 

How long do Evolve student workshops run for?

Evolve student sessions run for 50-60 minutes or an extended 90-100 minute block.

How long do parent/carer workshops run for?

Our parent/carer sessions run for 90 minutes (75 minutes + 15 minutes Q&A). 

How long do educator workshops run for? 

Our educator sessions typically run for 60-75 minutes. 

How many students can attend? 

Our preferred structure is to work with class-sized groups, but we are flexible and can work with schools to fit their specific needs and timetable constraints. In some cases, we may work with entire year levels if appropriate.

What topics do your workshops cover? 

Our workshops cover a wide range of topics including privacy and security, digital safety and digital wellbeing. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the group. 

Do you offer online workshops? 

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual workshops to accommodate different preferences and situations for educator and parent/carer sessions.  

How can we book a workshop? 

To book a workshop, simply contact us through our website or email, and we will get back to you with available dates and further details. 

Are the workshops customisable?

Yes, we work closely with schools and organisations to customise the content and structure of our workshops to meet the specific needs of your group. 

Can workshops be delivered in multiple sessions? 

Yes, we can break down a workshop into multiple sessions if needed, based on your school’s schedule and requirements.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date or time. 

What students topics do you cover?  

Our Student Workshops cover 3 main areas: 
– Digital Safety 
– Privacy and Security  
– Digital Wellbeing 

Do you work with primary and secondary?

Yes, and also learning centres! 

Do you work with EAL audiences?

Yes, our parent/carer sessions can be run simultaneously with translators from organisations like Language Loop.  

What do the students need to bring?  

Our P-2 student workshops require: 
– A pencil  
 
Our Year 3-12 student workshops require: 
– A pencil  
– Access to a device

Do you do whole day staff days/special well-being days? 

Yes, we can adapt our program to fit half day, full day and special events 

Are programs curriculum aligned? 

Yes, our programs are aligned with Australian Curriculum 9.0
